The default commission rate is 50% of the eligible product price. On a $10 product you earn $5. Some products may have custom commission rates set by the admin, but the default is always 50%.
When a visitor clicks your referral link, a secure cookie is set on their browser for 30 days. Any purchase made within that window is attributed to you, even if they visit multiple times before buying.
Your master link (e.g. https://voxaffiliates.com/?ref=VOX-XXXXXX) covers the entire catalog. Anyone who visits VoxAffiliates through your link and purchases any product within the attribution window earns you 50% commission.
Yes. From your affiliate dashboard you can generate a unique referral link for any specific product. This is useful if you want to share a targeted link in content about that particular product.
Commissions enter a pending state immediately after purchase. After the refund window expires (typically 7-14 days), they move to available status and you can request a payout.
Affiliates can request a payout once their available balance reaches the minimum threshold ($20 by default). Payments are processed via bank transfer, PayPal, UPI, or other supported methods.
If a sale is refunded, the associated commission is reversed. If the commission has already been paid out, a reversal ledger entry is created and the amount is deducted from future earnings.
Self-referral purchases do not generate affiliate commission. The platform automatically detects and blocks self-referral commissions to maintain program integrity.
